Elton John has ended up in hospital in London because of a bad flu and a stomach infection. The news was announced on the website of the singer 62enne, where he also says that the artist, on the advice of doctors, had to cancel some concerts of his tour “Red Piano”. The singer’s condition had worsened two days ago and has since made necessary hospitalization.
The singer, who had already renounced the concerts scheduled at London’s Wembley Stadium, Dublin, Sheffield and Newcastle, now has even canceled appointments in the U.S. in Seattle and Portland, where they would perform alongside Billy Joel. The organizers of his “Red Piano” concert tour stated that the British will probably be moved to December, but have not clarified what will happen of lost performance in the U.S..
