RBS and Lloyds shares for sale

The government in London will give ‘birth to three commercial banks by selling shares of Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds and the Northern Rock. The sale of the three institutions, saved with taxpayers ‘money, will serve’ to the government to recover some of the funds and increase competition in the banking market. [...]
